Renae was inspired as a young girl when she dealt with her own personal challenges of suffering from sensitive skin and acne. She grew up watching her grandmother handcraft batches of natural soap and was quickly enlightened regarding the advantages of using natural soaps over commercial soap products. Commercial soaps are filled with harmful chemicals and ingredients that are known for irritating the skin whereas natural soaps are gentle and they simultaneously cleanse and soothe the skin.

In 2016, Renae decided to utilize the gift that her grandmother bestowed upon her. She searched tirelessly to find the right products for her children as they suffered from eczema and sensitive skin. After creating the perfect recipe, Renae began to share her creations with family and friends. With much encouragement and praise, she took her products to the next level. Salveo is Latin for “be well/in good health”.

In 2019, Renae ‘s vision became a reality when she launched Salveo Soaps & Such LLC. It is her personal mission and goal to create products that nurture the body, clear the mind and replenish the soul.
